Seitung Province is a zone in Cantha that covers the eastern part of the wider Shing Jea Island and is named after its harbor. It is the main arrival point in Cantha for foreign visitors and is administered as a part of the Empire of the Dragon.

Idyllic and rural land with farming and fishing settlements scattered across the landscape, Seitung Province is inhabited by humans and tengu. Major population centers include Shing Jea Monastery, formerly a renowned profession training center, Seitung Harbor, a major market, and Daigo Ward, a high-class residential area. Due to the destruction of Raisu Palace as a result of the Zhaitan Disaster, as well as current unrest in New Kaineng City, Shing Jea Monastery now serves as the residence of Empress Ihn and her Royal Court.

Getting there

• Complete Old Friends, the first chapter of the End of Dragons story.
• From New Kaineng City: the portal is in the water in the southern part of Kaineng Docks, right at the western edge of the map.
• From the Isle of Reflection guild hall: the portal is on a pier, near the Reflection Docks Waypoint in north-west.
• From the Thousand Seas Pavilion, accessed by purchasing a Gem Store pass: can be used to teleport here, too, via the Portals to Tyria.
