Aetherblade Assault is a level 80 meta event that occurs in Seitung Province. Villages on the northern shore are being pillaged by the Aetherblades and the allied forces are attempting to stop them.
During the meta, a Catch-Up Cannon (marked as "Jade cannon" on the map) located just North-East of Daigo Ward Waypoint allows players to quickly reach the three areas where the first events occur.

- Tai-Young: I've called to order this meeting of the Crime Watch Committee to adress our current pirate crisis.
- Mr. Bots As if breeching our borders wasn't enough, now they're looting our homes! The nerve!
- Gwan-Soon: They even stole my neighbor's plow. His whole livelihood, ripped away.
- Mr. Bots And one of them pilfered my master's new holo-projector. It was the latest model!
- Gwan-Soon: How will he go on?
- Tai-Young: I've followed one of those pirates to see where they're stashing the loot. But by the time I caught up, it was all gone!
- Mr. Bots Just where are those leeches smuggling our property?
- Gwan-Soon: Whatever they're playing at, I'm not standing around. My village needs help now.
When the meta starts[edit]
- Tai-Young: Let's start by tackling each of our neighborhoods. I'll cover things around Shinota Shore.
- Mr. Bots I won't let them lay a grimy finger on Haiju Plains! Gwan-Soon, I take it you'll handle things... over your way.
- Gwan-Soon: Haiju Shore will be safe under my watch.
- Tai-Young: We'll each drive them out, then tail them. See if they lead us to where they're stashing our stuff.
- Gwan-Soon: Much like grub extraction: you're not finished until you remove the nest.
- Tai-Young: Exactly. Everyone, let's move!
- On the way to Shinota Shore
- Tai-Young: No one deserves to have their homes torn apart! And some definitely can't afford it. Poor Gwan-Soon...
- Tai-Young: Looks like I'll be drafting a relief bill. Hope the ministry elites look kinder on this one...
- On the way to Haiju Plains
- Mister Bots: Master warned me to be wary of your kind, but these are drastic times.
- Mister Bots: As if there aren't enough drains on our society, now pirates have entered the equation!
- On the way to Haiju Lagoon
- Gwan-Soon: Thanks for helping. The other two wouldn't say it, but I know the shore area makes them uneasy.
- Gwan-Soon: It gets a rough reputation, but a lot of talented artisans live here.
Before defeating Renyak[edit]
- Tai-Young: I saw someone sneak into this cave. Could be one of their leaders.
- Mr. Bots Drat! The entrance appears to be sealed via key card access...
- Tai-Young: I'm sorry, what?
- Gwan-Soon: Swiped it from their officer. Seemed useful.
- Tai-Young: Gwan-Soon, if the bureaucrats I work with had half the sense you do...
- Gwan-Soon: They wouldn't be bureaucrats.
- Mr. Bots Well, that was... rather sharp, Gwan-Soon. Shall we?
- Gwan-Soon Better be on guard. If it is one of their leaders, who knows what they'll pull.
Greeting Tai-Young after Renyak's defeat[edit]
- Tai-Young: Getting bills approved wouldn't be as grueling if officials weren't so divided.
- Tai-Young: Some want to charge headfirst into the future of jade tech. Others are planted in the past.
- Tai-Young: I think we should respect both. But not everyone sees it that way.
