“Deals damage every second; stacks intensity.— In-game description
Bleeding can stack in intensity up to 25 times and each stack does one pulse of damage per second. The damage dealt by bleeding is determined by the following formula:

- Damage is applied on every whole second a specific condition last. Fractional durations (for example due to Sigil of Agony) do not grant additional damage unless they add another full second.
- When bleeding is applied to a character they will occasionally shout out one of the following lines, depending on their race and gender.
