From Sleive's Waypoint — , follow the road west, and then take the south fork just after Warden Rhys. Follow the road south, taking the eastern fork each time it splits. At the southernmost bend in the road, below the giant mushrooms on the cliffs, is a small cave entrance covered by red bushes. You can safely jump down, and you may interact with the Rock Wall to climb back up.

From the entrance, follow the cave past some glowing baskets and mushrooms. Head into the bushes at the back of the cave, which conceal an underwater tunnel. Swim through the tunnel, killing or avoiding the Barracuda, until you emerge onto dry land at the other end.
Ignore the Blue Glowstones, they are not part of the puzzle. Hop across the mushrooms and hanging logs that zigzag across the cave, heading roughly east. If you fall off, backtrack to the ramp at the start. You will arrive at two parallel sets of logs: take the northernmost path, the south path is a dead end. If you accidentally took the wrong path, you can safely backtrack.
After the split paths, follow the logs and mushrooms counter-clockwise around the end of the cave. When you reach a log with nowhere to go straight ahead (because the next log is too high up), turn back and jump to the mushrooms on the tree trunk behind you. They will take you around a path that leads to the higher log, where you can continue on to the end.
