Mounts Disabled is an effect that prevents players from using mounts, skiffs, as well as preventing the use of   Jade Bot Glide Booster. It is commonly seen in jumping puzzles and mini-dungeons.

Bug:

Sometimes leaving an area with this effect, including traveling to a waypoint in current map, does not reset it; the mounts continue to be disabled until changing the zone or relog.
