“Deals damage every second; heal potency decreased by 33%; stacks duration.— In-game description
Poison is a condition that inflicts damage over time and stacks in duration. Characters suffering from poison appear green tinted. Damage is determined by the following formula:

- Prior to the G-Star Demo, this condition was stackable, with multiple applications increasing its intensity but not its duration.[1]
- At the G-Star Demo, multiple applications of this condition increased its duration instead.[2]
- During the G-Star Demo, this condition stacked in intensity rather than duration.[3]
- When poison is applied to a character they will occasionally shout out one of the following lines, depending on their race and gender.
