Thunderhead Keep Volatile Delivery

Thunderhead Keep Volatile Delivery is an adventure in Thunderhead Peaks. It can be started by talking to the Olmakhan Windcaller at Refiner's Joy, south of the Revolution's Heart Waypoint.
Mechanics[edit]
Your objective is to reach the doorway beyond History's End Waypoint. Approximately every 40 seconds you will need to cool off at one of the circled cooling-off points to avoid the volatile material on your character's back exploding. The time remaining until your backpack explodes is indicated by the thermometer which changes color from Green, through Yellow/Amber (25 seconds remaining) to Red (15 seconds remaining), then Empty (5 seconds remaining).
Some of the cooling off points are not at ground level and will require either a griffon or springer to jump up to.
Passing through all of the cooling-off points is not required as these are not checkpoints; only the start and end are required, which of the cooling-off points you use is up to you.
- Tips
- If starting with the Rollerbeetle for the initial section, make sure it has full endurance before starting the mission.
- Bond of Faith can be used to make a quick change from a Springer to a Griffon.
- Steep uphill stretches may be quicker on a Jackal than a Rollerbeetle.
- The map in the infobox includes a suggested route for Gold, capable of sub 2 minute times.

Dialogue[edit]
- We've got some composite explosive material that we need up at the forge for weapons manufacture, but the stuff is wildly dangerous. Look at it funny and BOOM!
- You're going to ask me to carry it, aren't you?
- Well, yes, but not without a solution to the aforementioned boom problem. The composite stabilizes at low temperatures. Find places to cool the payload along the way. Should be no trouble!
