Shout. Shout and infuse your allies with arcane energy. Allies who would take lethal damage while this is active ignore the deathblow and are healed instead. If the effect expires naturally, grant an aura based on your current attunement.

  • Does not work with falling damage.
  • Despite the description, the lethal blow isn't actually ignored - the player still takes the damage, but is prevented from entering a downed state and is immediately healed.
    • If players receive a lethal blow while under the Rebound effect, their health is "set" to the amount healed. So even if their health is higher before (e.g. they get one-shot by Jade Maw) their health is the healed amount afterwards.
  • Does not prevent player from being downed by Cardinal Adina's Boulder Barrage.
  • If a player is affected by both Rebound and Rigorous Certainty and takes a lethal blow, Rebound is consumed first.
Despite the description, allies always receive an aura when the Rebound effect expires, either from lethal damage or natural timeout.

  • The tempest's shout skills have had their maximum targets reduced from 10 to 5.

  • Multiplicative damage reduction enhancements have been updated to display how much damage was reduced by rather than displaying how much the damage is multiplied by. For example, protection now displays "-33% Damage" instead of "67% damage." This is not a change to functionality; it is only a change to display the bonus in a more intuitively understandable way.
