Notes[edit]

  • When this and Hidden Thief are equipped together, trait interactions with Steal are as follows:
    1. Steal shadowsteps to the target.
    2. Hidden Thief applies stealth.
    3. Cloaked in Shadow inflicts blind, and siphons health.
  • The life siphon damage does not break stealth.

Patch Changes
July 16, 2019
  • This trait no longer grants immunity to critical hits.
  • Instead it causes blinding a foe to siphon health.
August 08, 2017 Path of Fire pre-patch:
  • The falling damage component of this trait has been moved to Last Refuge.
  • This trait now makes you immune to critical hits while in stealth in addition to blinding nearby foes when you stealth.
  • The blind applied by this trait can now be blocked or evaded.
June 23, 2015 Specialization update:
  • Updated this trait to reflect the introduction of the specialization mechanic.
  • This trait has been moved to the Grandmaster tier.
  • Added: Release a blinding powder when you take falling damage.
  • Added: You take 50% less damage from falling.
April 15, 2014
  • Fixed a bug in which this trait would blind enemies while the thief was already stealthed.
