Pact Supply Network Agent

Pact Supply Network Agents are special karma merchants that are made available by training the third level of the Pact Commander mastery, Supply Line Management. Unlocking Tyrian masteries requires a Guild Wars 2 expansion. There are six merchants in total, one per region of Tyria. Each of them moves to a different location every day. You may only purchase one item from each vendor per day.

Please note that while the vendor locations change every day at 08:00, the vendors' offered recipes change every day at 00:00. Offerings may also change at irregular times due to game updates.
