The Portage Hills is an area located in the northeast corner of Bloodtide Coast. The Lionguard outpost Marshwatch Haven can be found here. The Lionguards there are currently in a battle against the Bloody Buccaneers, a local pirate crew.

Locate Prospector Wren northwest of the Marshwatch Haven Waypoint. He's in the small valley between the road and the vista. Jump up the rocks west of him, and then the short ridge west of there. Walk down southwest to the Vista.
