The torch is a type of an off-hand only weapon. Torches always grant at least one skill that burns foes. The torch also provides a source of light in darker areas.

4	Zealot's Fire	0.75¾		Throw your Zealot's Flame to damage the targeted foe.
5	Cleansing Flame	30.25¼	15	Remove conditions from yourself then breathe magical flames that damage foes and cure conditions on allies. Inflicts burning on the final attack.
Berserker
4	Blaze Breaker	0.5½	12	Smash your torch into the ground, creating a deadly shock wave that conditions foes.
5	Flames of War	0.5½	20	Cleanse conditions and become a mobile fire field that burns nearby foes. When the field expires, it explodes, damaging foes and burning them again.
Ranger
4	Throw Torch	0.5½	15	Throw your torch and burn your foes in an area.
5	Bonfire	0.5½	25	Set a fire around you, damaging and burning foes.
Mesmer
4	The Prestige		20	Disappear in a cloud of smoke, blinding nearby foes and losing conditions. Reappear three seconds later, burning nearby foes.
5	Phantasmal Mage	0.75¾	20	Phantasm. Strike and burn nearby foes. Create an illusion that releases a massive wave of fire that burns, confuses, and interrupts foes.
Scourge
4	Harrowing Wave	0.5½	16	Unleash a wave of corrupted fire, burning and tormenting enemies. Gain life force for each enemy struck.
5	Oppressive Collapse	0.75¾	20	Corrupt the ground under your target; if they remain within the area, they will be knocked down. Grant might to allies near your target based on how many conditions they have.

• Torch Proficiency (Scourge) — You can wield torches.

Enhancements

• Radiant Fire (Radiance) — Zealot's Flame is improved. Burning you inflict has increased duration, and your torch skills gain reduced recharge.
• King of Fires (Berserker) — Increase the duration of burning you apply. Gain fire aura when you critically hit an enemy. Berserker skills detonate fire aura, damaging and burning nearby foes.
• Farsighted (Marksmanship) — Ranger weapon skills deal increased strike damage. Damage is further increased for foes above the range threshold.
• Quick Draw (Skirmishing) — When swapping weapons, the next ranger weapon skill you use will recharge faster.
• Ambidexterity (Wilderness Survival) — Gain condition damage. Gain additional condition damage while wielding a torch, dagger, or mace. Torch and dagger skills recharge faster.
• The Pledge (Illusions) — Flame bursts from torch skills inflict additional burning.
