[edit] Cultural weapon
Cultural weapons come only in Rare quality. Cultural weapons are racially themed weapons available to characters and can be found in the capital city of the corresponding race. A character can use all cultural weapons, regardless of race. Each playable race has 3 tiers of weapons.
Each race's cultural weapons give a bonus to up to three attributes, which vary between tiers. The top attribute listed is the major attribute boost, the others are minor boosts.
Note: Tier 1 and 2 cultural weapons are also found in drops in the relevant cultural areas. Also, the skins of Tier 3 weapons can be obtained through Personal Story missions and are available based on the character's profession.
[edit] Order Weapons
Order Weapons come only in Rare quality . After completing the third stage of your personal story and joining an order, you will be able to purchase so-called order weapons, available at the main base for your character's order. These items are soulbound when you purchase them. In addition, after completing your personal story, you will receive a Pact Victory Token that allows you to acquire one pact weapon (which is soulbound on use, so it can be sold).

[edit] Dungeon weapons
Dungeon weapon sets come in both Rare and Exotic qualities. Dungeon weapons are obtained through trading in tokens awarded at the completion of explorable mode dungeons in to vendors at Fort Marriner, Lion's Arch. Tokens are account bound, and each type of token can only be used for items from its corresponding dungeon.

These Exotic weapons have special names and are available as loot drops. Some skins are unique, some share with other dropped or crafted weapons, and over 30 of them resemble weapons from Guild Wars.

Crafted weapons are available through the crafting professions: 
Huntsman, 
Artificer and 
Weaponsmith. All fine crafted weapons share the same appearance. Masterwork, rare, and exotic weapons use other skins and fall into two categories: those that can be crafted using an inscription purchased using karma (from any of the vendors near the relevant crafters) or out in the world via specific vendors.
