1	Speak with Owl Shaman Garon at the Eye of the North.	Eye of the North Waypoint —	Near the northern end of the lower hall.
2	Help Owl Shaman Garon near the Owl Lodge in Snowden Drifts.	Owl Waypoint —	Speak to Owl Shaman Garon southwest of the waypoint, near the heart. Deliver the offering to the Owl Spirit at the highest, northernmost point of  Owl Lodge — . For instructions on reaching the top without a mount, see Owl's Respect (an unrelated collection item which also requires reaching the top).
3	Help Owl Shaman Garon by the lost shrine to Owl in Lornar's Pass.	Lost Owl Shrine —	A Veteran Eagle Griffon marked with a will spawn as you approach the shrine. Kill it to complete the objective.
4	Help Owl Shaman Garon at the Lost Spirits Hallow in Hoelbrak.	Lost Spirits' Hallow —	Speak to Owl Shaman Garon and the three Adherents of Owl at Lost Spirits' Hallow.
5	Help Owl Shaman Garon at his home in Cragstead.	Dolyak Pass Waypoint —	Enter Cragstead to the north of the waypoint. Speak to the shaman, then some NPCs in the instance. There are eight, and five will agree to listen to Garon.
6	Help Owl Shaman Garon at Elder's Vale in Frostgorge Sound.	Elder's Vale —	Speak to Garon at the north end of Elder's Vale, up the slope. He requests the heart of an Elite Icebrood Colossus, found at the marker towards the south end of Snow Climb. As before, the marked enemy will only spawn as you approach.
7	Help Owl Shaman Garon at the Sanctum of the Wild in North Drizzlewood Coast.	Sanctum of the Wild —	Speak to Garon at Sanctum of the Wild. View a short cutscene to complete this step.
8	Speak with Owl Shaman Garon one last time.	Sanctum of the Wild —	Speak with Garon once more at the same place, after viewing the cutscene for the previous step.

I knew Owl's shrine wouldn't be as vibrant as in my memories of it, but I didn't expect it to have fallen to ruin. Please, restore harmony by banishing the hostile creatures that roam here.

Because of you, Owl's legacy is no longer eclipsed by darkness. At least not here. My own spirit feels a bit more at peace as well.

I've spoken to all the adherents.

A flicker of faith still burns inside them. After all that's happened, they hold on to hope as if shielding a small flame from a terrible wind. I am inspirited by their strength.

Only time will tell, but it feels like the promise of a better future.
