Nope. I killed a bunch of those and they don't count. This thing seems impossible. Even the elites on the Claw of Jormag event don't count! I'm frustrated and miserable. This is supposed to be fun. :( 92.7.102.197 13:51, 10 August 2020 (UTC)

You have to kill an Elite Icebrood Colossus in the southern half of Snow Climb. This mob will only spawn if you walk in this area with a character that has completed the story step One Charr, One Dragon, One Champion. Warming Hearth (talk) 16:11, 10 August 2020 (UTC)
