Proposed new structure for HELP and GW2W namespaces. Ideally this structure should be accounted for by Help:Contents, Template:Wiki help nav, Template:GW2W navbar header, "see also" sections, and Category:Guild Wars 2 Wiki; we want users to be able to build an intuitive sense of how these namespaces are structured.
