Mechanics

• Moving while casting cancels the skill, setting the recharge to 4 seconds.
• The passive heal is equal to (10 + Level^2 * 0.03 + Healing Power * 0.15).

• Perfect Inscriptions — Signets gain improved passive effects and continue to grant their passive bonuses while recharging.

June 28, 2022	Cooldown reduced from 90 seconds to 60 seconds. Active effect radius reduced from 1,200 to 600. Now heals for a smaller amount in five small channeled heal pulses, followed by one large final heal. Now also channels protection, resolution, and stability on allies in the radius. Does not apply stability in PvP or WvW.
