  • (Competitive split) Increased cooldown from 40 seconds to 60 seconds in PvP only.

  • Fixed a bug in which this skill granted bonus toughness from the Rousing Resilience trait, even when it was not breaking a stun.

  • Reduced duration from 8 seconds to 4 seconds.
  • Reduced stability duration from 3 seconds to 1 second.
  • Reduced effect application interval from 3 seconds to 1 second.
  • This skill now makes you immune to critical hits.
