January 14, 2020	Fixed a bug that could cause this skill to put friendly targets in combat.
October 02, 2018	Boon duration has been reduced from 5 seconds to 3 seconds in PvP and WvW.
February 06, 2018	Increased the cast recharge from 15 seconds to 25 seconds.
