- From Tempest Waypoint — in the cathedral, enter a passage just to the left of the Altar of Dwayna marked by torches. On the other side, follow the ledge west past the Spark or Risen Eagle, wrapping around the wall, up along the cliff edge, passing a Veteran Air Elemental or Veteran Risen Preserver and Explorer Cinnia , reaching Sculptor's End and the vista, as well as the Diving Goggles.
