Anomalies:

The December 11 update changed the tooltip to match the current actual damage, which follows the damage formula from before the August 28 update:

• (0.55 * Condition Damage) + (0.075 * Level) + 75.

• This trait interacts with  Parasitic Contagion and heals for a percentage of the damage.
• Targets inflicted with fear while under the effects of  Resistance will still take damage from this trait but will not be crowd controlled.

Patch	Changes
November 28, 2023	This trait has been moved to the grandmaster tier. Increased the base damage from 444 to 555, and increased the condition damage scaling from 0.4 to 0.55.
December 11, 2018	Fixed a bug in which the damage that is listed for this trait did not reflect its actual damage.
August 28, 2018	This trait now inflicts the increased condition damage regardless of whether the target has other conditions. The base damage inflicted has been increased 25%, and the effect of condition damage has been increased by 37.5%.
June 23, 2015	Specialization update: Updated this trait to reflect the introduction of the specialization mechanic.
July 23, 2013	Reduced the damage by 17%. Fixed a bug so this trait now checks for the torment condition as well.
June 25, 2013	This trait has been moved to the Master tier.
December 14, 2012	Damage is increased by 50% if the target has any conditions on them.
August 28, 2012	Game release: Terror has been added to the game.
