Walkthrough[edit]
This achievement involves visiting several jumping puzzles, where minigames have been added. Completing each minigame either unlocks a further minigame, or reveals the location of one of the objects stolen by April. An illusion of April will appear near the beginning of each jumping puzzle or minigame to offer a comment or taunt. After every successful minigame you will be notified that a hidden object has been revealed, or how many more minigames need to be completed.
- Spot the Fake
Interacting with the datapad marked with the symbol will start this minigame. Phantasms of April will appear running in various directions - your objective is to identify a "fake" April within the allotted time. You will gain the Spot the Fake effect which shows the time remaining, as well as the Spot the Fake special action skill to mark the fake phantasm. The fake in Iron Marches never stops running, while the others occasionally stop to clap their hands. The fake phantasm in Desert Highlands has long hair.
- Save and Rewind
Interacting with any of the floating orbs with the symbol will start this minigame. Your objective is to interact with all of the orbs within the allotted time, displayed as both a countdown timer over your character and in the description of the Save and Rewind effect. You will also receive a pair of special action skills: Save marks your current location with a glowing orb, and changes your action skill to Rewind, which teleports you back to your marked position. Using Rewind will clear the saved location, so you will need to use the Save skill again to set it if needed.
- Mesmer Orbs Hunt
Interacting with the magnifying glass with the symbol will start this minigame. Your objective is to find and collect 15 purple Mesmer Orbs scattered around the jumping puzzle; unlike the Save and Rewind minigame, there is no time limit. You will gain the Mesmer Orbs effect, which counts the number of orbs that you have collected.
- Talking with April
After entering Zinn's cave multiple phantasms of April will appear. A specific emote needs to be performed in response to each of April's comments to complete this minigame.

Dialogue[edit]
Meeting Zinnia in Lion's Arch[edit]
- Zinnia: You there! Oh, thank the Veil... Please, come closer.
- Zinnia: I was chasing a thief when I stumbled into this trap...
- Zinnia: Please, I need your assistance, She escaped with countless treasures of...the...
- Zinnia: Divinity's Reach Historical Archives! I am an archivist.
- Zinnia: I'll tell you everything I know.
- I chased the little...darling all the way here from Divinity's Reach. I don't know how she managed to wiggle her way into the, um...archive, but here we are. She escaped with priceless records.
- Anything I can do to help.
- I appreciate your assistance. The first clue she left me reads, "Poor guy, got trapped down there all on his own. Did I help him get out? No, but I did get shrunk down to the size of an ant! —April"
- We'll...(ahem) I'll find her.
Finding April outside of the Chaos Crystal Cavern entrance[edit]
- April: You're not... Hmph, didn't even send their best to chase me down! Good luck keeping up!
Returning to Zinnia after retrieving A Collective History Vol. 1[edit]
- Zinnia: Whatever spell she cast has completely nullified my magic... I've tried everything.
- Oh, you've returned! Does that mean you found her? Oh, thank the Veil...
- She got away. We'll need to keep looking.
- Oh, bother... Well, at least it looks like you recovered one of the documents. Hold it up for me to see...
- Here...
- Hmm, it was marked with a mesmer illusion... It reads, "I grew up exploring these ruins; I wonder what this place was used for... Have you seen the troll? —April" I wonder where she's gone this time.
- I'll get looking.
Finding April outside of the Collapsed Observatory entrance[edit]
- April: Guess you did pretty good with that one...
Returning to Zinnia after retrieving A Collective History Vol. 2[edit]
- Zinnia: How she discovered us, I do not know...
- Let me guess, she got away again?
- That she did. Called you an "old broad," too.
- I'll pretend I didn't hear that. Did you find another book, at least? I can't stress the importance of those documents enough. In the wrong hands...
- Yes, I did. Here.
- Hm, another clue from our dearest April. "Argh, it took me forever to get inside...and it wasn't even THAT pretty (okay, fine, it was pretty...pretty). —April" That doesn't help us very much, does it?
- That one is difficult.
Finding April in northern Whitland Flats[edit]
- April: How's that old broad holding up? Not too upset that she was trapped by a genius of the arcane like myself...?
Returning to Zinnia after retrieving A Collective History Vol. 3[edit]
- Zinnia: Lyssa, so help me, if you are listening...
- Who IS this child, to fell both you and myself...
- She mentioned something about the Mesmer Collective.
- She did, did she? Well, keeping you in the dark any longer would risk further incidents... (sigh) I lied to you. I am not an archivist, but a Veil of the Mesmer Collective.
- You lied to me?
- I had to, for my own protection and for the privacy of the collective. I also know well of your feats as the Pact commander. Those books April stole contain...secrets. One of our biggest secrets.
- Then I'd better hurry.
- I appreciate your discretion. The next clue reads, "Y'know, I had a cousin named Morgan. She used to make the worst mushroom soup. I still have nightmares about it...—April" Quite...vague.
- I'll see what I can do.
Finding April near Morgan's Spiral[edit]
- April: Y'know, we've been having fun and all...but I kind of wish I was being tracked down by the Collective.
- April: They're like...the best mesmers in the world!
Returning to Zinnia after retrieving A Collective History Vol. 4[edit]
- Zinnia: I'm not sure if we're working against a mastermind, or a harbinger of chaos...
- Another clue? Let's see... "That was a LONG swim, but well worth the effort! I happen to be a sensational dancer. —April" By the Veil, how does she get from place to place with so much ease?
- How old is this kid?
Finding April and her illusions in Zinn's cave[edit]
- April: Guess you did pretty good with that one...
- Speaking to the illusions
- Oh, no! Abaddon is standing behind you! What do you do?
- Hm...

Returning to Zinnia after retrieving A Collective History Vol. 5[edit]
- Zinnia: I will take root if I'm trapped here any longer.
- Another clue? Let's see... "Please, tell me this is the last one... "I like myself a good puzzle, but heck, I should'a packed a swimsuit...and a jacket. —April" I must say, our little menace is...resourceful.
- Time to pack for warm weather...and cold weather?
Finding April at the entrance to Derelict Delve mines[edit]
- April: Guess you did pretty good with that one...
Zinnia illusions inside the Cobwebbed room[edit]
- Zinnia: Have you found the little...darling yet?
On reaching the final book in the Waterlogged room[edit]
- April: I yield, I yield! You are a master of riddles. Guess we should go let Zinnia out before she pops, huh?
Returning to Zinnia and April in Lion's Arch after retrieving Receipt from the Queen's Roast[edit]
- April: Welcome back! Look who's up and about!
- Zinnia: Yes, yes. After you completed April's final puzzle, she finally dubbed it the appropriate time to release me.
- April: She was so mad.
- Zinnia: Yes. And impressed, I must say. It takes a very powerful mesmer to fell a Veil of the Mesmer Collective.
- April: Well, you put up a pretty good fight...
- Zinnia: You are a very powerful mesmer, young lady. That has not gone unnoticed.
- April: Ah, well... I guess I did pretty good.
- Zinnia: And thank you for your assistance. If you hadn't found me... Well, I suppose I'd be waiting until this one got bored.
- April: (giggle)
- Zinnia: I implore you to keep everything you've witnessed a secret. The Mesmer Collective is... keen on privacy.
- Talking to Zinnia
- Thank you for your assistance, Commander. I implore you to keep any information about the Mesmer Collective under your hat... This entire situation is less than ideal, but I'm glad I caught your ear.
- Your secret is safe with me.
- Talking to April
- Oh, wow, we should do that again sometime! No, really, I dare you to tell Zinnia that you have one more puzzle to solve...
- She might throw you into the ocean, and I won't stop her.
- Fine, fine! I'll save that for another time. Name's April, by the way. Didn't get a change to properly introduce myself before. Future Veil of the Mesmer Collective, at your service.
- The pleasure is mine, April.
- She might throw you into the ocean, and I won't stop her.

- The third time you return to Zinnia, the Player says April mentioned "the collective" even though she won't have done so until the next step in the collection.
Trivia[edit]
- Added with Extra Life 2022.
- The use of the /dance emote in response to April's comment about Abaddon is a reference to an Easter egg in the Abaddon's Gate mission of the Guild Wars Nightfall campaign - if all members of the party used the /dance emote in front of Abaddon, the boss will join in with a dance of his own before instantly defeating the entire party.
