• Time Catches Up — Activating a Shatter gives your illusions superspeed. Shatters deal increased damage to movement-impaired foes.

Notes

• Grants Illusionary Leap for 5 seconds.
• This skill creates the clone adjacent to the mesmer’s target.
• Upon activation, a sword clone is created and only all existing clones created by this skill will dash ~800 range units towards the target, each applying 1s crippled to the target if they hit.
• If this skill is used outside of range, no clone will be created and Swap will be unavailable. However, any pre-existing clones made from this skill will still dash ~800 range units towards the skill's target and cripple.
• This skill does not apply vulnerability; the Mind Slash used by the clone does.
• This skill may be cancelled nearly immediately after activation with no loss in functionality, resulting in ~1.5s faster total recharge.
• This skill is replaced by   Blade Leap for Virtuoso.

February 06, 2018	Reduced the aftercast by 0.15 seconds.
June 23, 2015	Specialization update: Increased the delay before the clone is summoned by about 0.25 seconds to allow players to start casting this skill while moving within range and not have it fail. The speed of attack of Illusion has been increased by about 0.35 seconds to allow for better tracking against moving targets.
January 13, 2015	Removed the ability to use this skill in midair.
September 09, 2014	This skill now creates the clone adjacent to the mesmer's target instead of at the mesmer's location. The initial cast of this skill no longer acts as a Leap finisher, though Swap retains its leap functionality. Added messaging if the skill is cast out of range of the target.
July 01, 2014	Fixed a bug that allowed players to swap places with their clone after it was destroyed.
June 25, 2013	Fixed an exploit that allowed for more clone generation than intended.
August 28, 2012	Game release: Illusionary Leap has been added to the game.
