Walkthrough

The three archways can be seen here, to the west of the Eastgate point of interest.

This achievement involves gliding through three arches below the waterfall on the eastern side of Tarir. Starting at the Eastgate point of interest (nearest waypoint is  Eastwatch Waypoint — ), go west. Each archway consists of three horizontal bars, which you must glide down under. Each archway gets progressively lower down, and once you've gone under all three sets of bars, you'll get the achievement.
