Auric Basin Insight: Luminate's Throne is a mastery insight in Tarir, the Forgotten City.
Location[edit]
Getting there[edit]
Enter Tarir from 
Westwatch Waypoint — head south east, passing through the Westgate. Immediately turn right, heading south west. Look for Bouncing Mushrooms along the western wall and use these to ascend to the next level. From there head due east to the Luminate's Throne point of interest. The Mastery Insight is a little further to the east from there.
