- Kill Krait Damoss, Cuatl Raiders, and Cuatl Thieves — 9% heart progress
- Kill Dragonflies, Inquest Extinguishers, Mark I Golems, Mark II Golems, Marsh Drakes, Marsh Drake Hatchlings, Putrid Skelks, Skelk Lurkers, Wargs, and Barracudas — 5% heart progress
- The Veteran Skelk Lurker gives 18%
- Use Michotl Dartgun's Sedative Dart on Dragonflies under 10% health and pick them up to bring them to Cook Huelic or a Michotl Flycook — 6% heart progress for each pickup, 10% for handing it in
- Use Michotl Dartgun's Poison Cloud on Dragonfly Nests. Pick up the Dragonfly that comes out and bring it to Cook Huelic or a Michotl Flycook — 3% heart progress per nest, 5% per dragonfly handed in
- Collect Soft Marsh Plants and bring them to Cook Huelic or a Michotl Flycook — 5% heart progress per plant handed in
- Revive NPCs — 5% heart progress
