  • Exceptions: the Veteran Skritt Gear Lobber gives 10% heart progress while the Veteran Marsh Drake gives none.
• Collect Gate Pieces — 4% heart progress
  • Give them to Parnna during the gate defense event — 2% heart progress

Contributing events

• Escort Parnna into Calx's ancient lab (9) — 5% heart progress for killing Destroyer Trolls, 8% for Lava Elementals, 0% or 3% for Red Oozes (varies), and 3% for each Data Crystal gathered
• Save Parnna from the guardian golems (9) — 5% heart progress per golem killed
• Help Parnna get her matrix crystal converter back from the skritt leader Tu'scratchtak (9) — 8% heart progress upon killing Tu'scratchtak, while the other event-spawned skritt award no progress
