  • The active effect heals the caster and inflicts 25 stacks of Vampiric Mark on the target, allowing allies to siphon life from the marked foe up to 25 times for the duration. Each attacker has a 1 second internal cooldown on this effect.
  • Active siphon damage ignores armor.
  • The passive effect of healing upon being struck is not considered life steal and also has a 1 second cooldown.

  • The cooldown and base healing of this skill are no longer split between game modes and will now use the lower 30-second cooldown and the higher 25% base heal in all modes.

  • Reduced the cooldown from 35 seconds to 30 seconds in PvP and WvW.
  • Increased the base heal by 25% in PvP and WvW.
