These Peddlers are vendors that sell the Turtle Egg, required to acquire the Siege Turtle. They can be found at the Xunlai Jade Quarry, south east of the Jade Quarry Waypoint, or near Southern Bluff. Another one can be found on the Pact's airship during the Battle for the Jade Sea meta event.
