The Medium Health Bottle is the sixth slot Super Adventure Box upgrade.
Acquisition[edit]
- Purchased from the hidden shops in Pain Cliffs and Test Zone, or from the shopkeeper at the start of Storm Top for 300
.

Notes[edit]
- Purchasing at least one changes the number 6 slot to the Health Potion skill.
- Upgrading it will cause the Health Potion skill to restore 2 hearts and stun break; however, the cost of a Health Potion will increase from 5 to 25 .
- Upgrading to the Medium Health Bottle will cause Shopkeepers to stop selling Small Health Refills, though this will retain the same appearance as the Small Health Refill.
- Max able to buy 9 Medium Health Bottle.
- Some players might want to avoid this upgrade, as it makes the potions five times more expensive whilst only twice as effective.
