The Lion's Arch Emissary is a NPC in The Crown Pavilion near Crown Pavilion Waypoint that offers rewards and asks you to support Lion's Arch during the Queen's Jubilee. If you agree to support, she will give you the Champion of the Council effect, which allows you to complete the Champion of the Council achievement for the Queen Jennah's Jubilee achievement category. Three unique recipe sheets not available elsewhere are sold by the Lion's Arch Emissary.
