Tactician Luzii

Tactician Luzii is a weaponsmith who can be found in the Vigil Keep in Gendarran Fields, selling Vigil's Honor weapons to players who joined the Vigil during their personal story. The weapons are sold with the soldier's prefix and a Major Sigil of Force. Luzii is located under a tent on the west side of the Keep.
