• The order of boon removal is resistance, aegis, resolution, protection, swiftness, might, regeneration, quickness, fury and vigor.
• Works on all bosses or any foe with a Defiance bar and has a 3 second cooldown. See main paragraph on interrupt.
• Has a 10 second cooldown against other players.

Bug:

There is no internal cooldown in PvE.
