- ^ The Nightmares Within Mastery: Renamed and Update description in 2022.
- ^ Tower Explorer: Requires locating all 9 Pod entrances that lead to Unending Nightmares, with Tower Explorers standing in front of them. There are 3 on first, 2 on second, and 4 on third floor, indicated on the map diagram.
- ^ Tower Hybrid Master: Only a subsequent defeat of Ensolyss after the first encounter within The Nightmare Incarnate story step will count. Defeats in the Nightmare Fractal do not count.
- ^ Tower Hybrid Slayer: Only subsequent defeats of Ensolyss after the first encounter within The Nightmare Incarnate story step will give progress. Defeats in the Nightmare Fractal do not count.
- ^ Tower Treasure Hunter: Can also be progressed by opening the Tri-Key chest in Hooligan's Route in Lion's Arch.
- ^ Tower of Nightmares Diver: Completing the Tower of Nightmares High Diver first awards both diver achievements.
