Notes[edit]
- ^ The Nightmares Within Mastery: Renamed and Update description in 2022.
- ^ Tower Explorer: The "9 chambers" do not refer to explorable areas, but rather refers to the nine boss chambers. For the purpose of this achievement however, simply walking to the transport pods (active or inactive) indicated on the map to the right is sufficient to grant credit.
- ^ Tower Treasure Hunter: Can also be progressed by opening the Tri-Key chest in Hooligan's Route in Lion's Arch.
- The Toxic Hybrid is the final boss of The Nightmare Incarnate story instance, Ensolyss. Killing Ensolyss in the Nightmare Fractal does not award progress towards the related Toxic Hybrid achievements.
