Main hand is a primary weapon slot, used to wield most one-handed weapons. All professions have the ability to equip at least one one-handed weapon in their main hand. Using a weapon in main hand will grant the first three weapon skills based on weapon equipped.

Burst skills are determined by the choice of main hand weapon.
Stealth Attacks are determined by the choice of main hand weapon- Dual Wield skills are determined by combination of a main hand and off-hand weapon.
Ambush skills are determined by the choice of main hand weapon.
