Related traits[edit]


  • The grasping hand acts like a projectile and therefore has to hit your target to apply the pull effect.
  • The Chill effect occurs once the target reaches you (or when it should have in case it didn't).
The projectile goes slowly in a straight line, making it impossible to hit targets moving sideways.

Patch Changes
August 08, 2017 Path of Fire pre-patch:
  • This skill now fires at the necromancer's original target and up to 4 other enemies within a 1,200 range.
  • Increased the recharge from 20 seconds to 50 seconds.
  • This skill has been unsplit from PvP and now functions the same in all game modes.
February 22, 2017
  • The recharge of this skill has been reduced from 25 seconds to 20 seconds in PvP only.
July 26, 2016
  • Reduced the cooldown from 30 seconds to 25 seconds.

  • This skill now grants bonus life force when traited with Spectral Attunement.

  • This skill now grants 15% life force (up from 10%).

  • This ability will now pull the full 1200 range, instead of 900.

  • This skill's projectile velocity has been increased by 33%.

  • This skill now also grants 10% life force when used.
  • It also benefits from the Curses trait Spectral Attunement to properly increase the chill duration to 6 seconds.
