Use stolen skills twice. Reduce the cooldown of all equipped utility skills when you steal.
Cooldown effect will only trigger if all utility slots are filled and if at least one of your active utility skills is on cooldown. Does not affect inactive sequence skills.

  • Stolen skills will have two charges.
  • Cannot recharge healing or elite skills.
  • Specter icon small.png Specter does not have access to steal items and does not gain benefits from the steal skills portion of this trait.

  • This trait now reduces the cooldowns of all utility skills by a certain percentage when you steal, instead of recharging a random skill.

  • The cooldown of this trait has been reduced from 20 seconds to 15 seconds.

  • Updated this trait's description to clarify that in the case of sequence skills, only the currently visible skill will be recharged.

  • Instead of recharging an entire skill category at random, this trait now recharges one of your equipped utility skills at random.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented this trait from working with ammo skills.
    • It now restores 1 use to affected skills.
August 08, 2017 Path of Fire pre-patch:
  • Updated the text description to refer to Stolen Skills instead of Stolen Items.
  • The skill-recharge portion of this trait now has a 20-second internal cooldown.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented this trait from recharging physical skills when stealing from an enemy.

  • Updated this trait to reflect the introduction of the specialization mechanic.
  • This trait has been moved to the Grandmaster tier.

  • Added: You can use stolen items twice.
