Bug Fix

• Fixed an issue that prevented the crowd-surfing charr from completing longer surfs, resulting in the "Catch the leaping charr!" event lingering indefinitely.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that prevented the Living World Season 3 Complete Pack from appearing in the Gem Store for some players.
• Fixed an issue that prevented the Glyph of Reaping from gathering in guild halls.
• Fixed an issue that prevented the Reaper's Harvesting Sickle from gathering nearby plants under certain conditions.
• Fixed an issue that prevented the Primal Spirit Jackal Skin's glowing aura from appearing correctly while mounted.
• Fixed a stall in the "Participate in Bangar's opening ceremony" event that occurred when players reached the meet-up point too early.
• Fixed an occasional crash that occurred during the "Catch the leaping charr!" event.
• Prevented players from defeating the ceremonial sacrifice and halting the ceremony in the Coming Home chapter.

Late Notes - September 17, 2019

General

• Fixed a bug that caused Champion Marks to convert to an unnamed trophy item under certain conditions. Unnamed trophies in the inventory will be converted back to Champion Marks after players log in or travel to a new map.

Improvements

• Added slash-command functionality for the How to Dance, Volume 1 dances. Equipping the item either through the Novelties section or from the inventory will unlock the commands and deliver an in-game mail detailing how to use them.

Bug Fixes

• Updated the audio for the Savage Gladiator warclaw skin's footsteps.

Bound by Blood

The Elder Dragon Kralkatorrik is dead. It's time to celebrate! Imperator Bangar Ruinbringer is hosting an All-Legion Rally in the Blood Legion Homelands. He invites the Pact to join in—and learn to party as only charr can.

General

• Sunken Treasure Achievements: Fixed a bug that prevented the tooltip from displaying when players watched a location zoom-in on the map.

Items

• Fixed a bug that caused the Plate of Lemongrass Poultry and Plate of Fire Flank Steak to provide the wrong nourishment effect.

Profession Skills

Necromancer

•  Grasping Darkness: This skill will now attempt to make the player face the target when activated instead of immediately failing when used on targets behind the player.
•  Dark Path: Holding down the key that activates this skill will no longer immediately fire Dark Pursuit. Fixed an issue in which the projectile did not track its target.

Thief

•  Instant Reflexes: Fixed a bug that prevented this trait from resetting on a PvP match start.

Black Lion Trading Company Gem Store

New Items and Promotions

• The new Primal Spirit Jackal Skin is available in the Style category of the Gem Store for 2,000 gems.
• The Living World Season 4 Complete Pack has been updated with all 6 episodes and is now available in the Upgrades category of the Gem Store for 960 gems.
• For a limited time, the How to Dance, Volume 1 novelty toy is available from the Toys category of the Gem Store for 240 gems—a savings of 40%.
• This is the last week to purchase the New Horizons Supply Drop Requisition, available in the Utility category of the Gem Store for 3,000 gems. All supply drops from the previous weeks will be delivered at the time of purchase.

Black Lion Chest

• The Black Lion Chest has been updated to the Bound by Blood Chest and can be previewed for a full list of its contents.
  • The Black Lion Material Bag: Dragonfall has been added as the guaranteed item for the duration of this chest.
  • The new Golden Talon Longbow Skin is available as an uncommon drop for the duration of this chest.
  • The new Primal Spirit Jackal Skin is available as an uncommon drop for the duration of this chest.
  • The Watchwork Wings Package remains available as an uncommon drop for the duration of this chest.
  • The Beastslayer Weapon Collection and Abaddon Weapon Collection are available as uncommon and rare drops respectively for the duration of this chest.
  • Unused versions of the Glyph of the Prospector and Glyph of the Unbound are available as rare drops for the duration of this chest.
• The items available in exchange for Black Lion Statuettes have been updated. Black Lion Statuettes are redeemable by using the statuette itself or by redeeming one at any of the Black Lion Chest Merchants located in every major city.
  • A new selection of dye kits has been added.
  • The exclusive Branded Relic Package, Iron Beast Greatsword, and Jackal Pup Backpack have been added.
  • The bonus collection has been updated to a selection of special items including the Mask of the Jubilee, Mask of the Queen, Mask of the Crown, Abaddon's Mask, and the Aetherblade armor skin sets.
  • The Mini Gray Skyscale Hatchling has been added.

Improvement and Updates

• Using How to Dance, Volume 1 will now permanently unlock the dance moves as player emotes. They can be used with the slash commands /step, /geargrind, and /shuffle.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue that caused skyscale mounts to appear out of order in the Mounts section of the Equipment tab.
• Fixed an issue that prevented audio effects from playing when players mounted certain mounts for the first time after entering a new map.
• Disabled the Glyph of Reaping in instances for players who are not instance owners.

Mac Client

• Fixed a 32-bit deprecation warning message on the 64-bit native Mac client.
• Added MacOS 10.15 Catalina compatibility.

• Fixed a bug that affected the player character’s position when mounted.
• Fixed an issue that allowed ascended herb nodes to be gathered by players who were not instance owners.
• Fixed an issue that prevented some players from purchasing the Heart of Thorns Emblem Clothing Outfit.
• Fixed a bug that prevented the Mastery Experience Booster effect from staying applied.
