Getting there[edit]
Starting from 
Still Waters Speaking Waypoint — head northeast to 
Shrine of the Resilient Ox — . From there use your Springer to get up to the vista northeast of that point of interest. From the vista, head west along the waterfall and jump up using a Springer to the Mastery Insight.
