Aksim is a human encountered during the Sparking the Flame story step. He and his sister, Tasa, were raptor trainers living in a village that was attacked by the Herald of Balthazar. The pair authored a book called Raptor Training and Care.

What can I do around here to help out?

I could always use help gathering more food: crabmeat, or meat from those filthy beasts in the tunnels. You could always train a bit on your mount, learning to engage enemies or catch fireflies.
