The Wishing Well is a mystical pool of water located at Seborhin Circle in the Garden of Seborhin. It is located west of the Seborhin Circle, on the lowest level of the structure above the water (almost directly under the Garden Wine and Cheese Run adventure). You may "wish" for a reward by dropping a coin into the well.

Location[edit]

Crystal Desert

Outcomes[edit]

You can interact with the well multiple times.

Upon dropping a coin into the well

Dropping a copper, silver, or gold coin results in a response from what seems to be Palawa Joko's voice.

Copper Coin
Wishing-Well Voice: Please remember that any contribution helps. I could use more help than that.
Wishing-Well Voice: Thank you for the modest reward for your rescue from the Elder Dragon.
Wishing-Well Voice: A small price to pay for your continued existence and the possibility of eternal Awakening.
Wishing-Well Voice: Thank you, and remember—the Sunspears are everywhere. Report everything.
Wishing-Well Voice: Excellent, living one. Go forth and mercilessly disembowel my enemies with my full blessing.
Silver Coin
Wishing-Well Voice: A small price to pay for your continued existence and the possibility of eternal Awakening.
Wishing-Well Voice: Two thousand four hundred twenty-two, two thousand four hundred twenty-three, two thousand five... No, three? Uh-oh.
Wishing-Well Voice: Your reward will be commensurate with your unremarkable contribution.
Wishing-Well Voice: Very charitable. Wait, this isn't my face on this coin! Where did you find this? Guards!
Wishing-Well Voice: Some of your funds may go to a proposed center, probably to review the charitable needs of potentially orphaned children.
Gold Coin
Wishing-Well Voice: Weren't you bumped into a higher tribute bracket after your last endowment audit?
Wishing-Well Voice: Oh-ho! This coin is a rare, primeval artifact! Many thanks for your inadvertently valuable donation to my cause.
Wishing-Well Voice: I am moved to tears by your tribute.
Wishing-Well Voice: Congratulations. As the 10,000th contributor, I will reveal the location of my secret treasure—wait, no, you're 10,001.
Wishing-Well Voice: With this protection donation, my Mordant Crescent can guarantee you minimal patellar trauma through the end of this year.

When dropping a mystic coin into the well, however, a female voice speaks out against Joko's regime.

Mystic Coin
Wishing-Well Voice: Escape if you can! The Temple of Kormir is safe and will welcome you.
Wishing-Well Voice: Down with the regime! Joko is a liar and a tyrant! The people of Elona will be free!
Wishing-Well Voice: Freedom is at the door! People of Vabbi, the gods know the truth!

Notes[edit]

  • Attempting to jump into the well will result in your character hovering and being spun in circles above it. If mounted, you will be forcibly dismounted first.
  • The Wish Granted item is account bound and can be transferred to other characters.
  • It is the act of opening Wish Granted on the correct profession that counts for the above achievements, not the interaction with the wishing well.
