Notes

• The active effect will not recharge Continuum Split.
• The clone will target the nearest attackable target within 1200 range of the mesmer.
• This skill's recharge begins at the same time shatter skills are recharged.
• When used underwater, this skill has a 0.5½ second activation time.
• Applies  Signet of Illusions while not on cooldown.

September 08, 2012	Fixed a bug with Signet of Illusions. It now gives phantasms 50% more health instead of 300% more.
