The Serrated Blade Tavern is one of the few bars in the Black Citadel. Its roof is used by the Order of Whispers as a base of operations within the city.
Notes[edit]
- There are seven untargetable yellow tabby cats in a fenced off area beneath the bar; you can see them through the cracks in the fences near Abella.
