The Fahrar of Young Heroes is the Black Citadel's main—and purportedly best—fahrar.
Getting there[edit]
After entering the instance, move past the Ash Legion to the Iron to find a building that can be entered on the right. Move past the red kiosk at the front entrance to see a ramp on the left and a hallway on the right. Take the right hallway to a room. Then take the spiral staircase up to the location.
