July 16, 2019	Added a missing tooltip for Combat Only. Casting Overload Air now triggers the trait Electric Discharge.
December 11, 2018	The critical damage of this trait has been increased by 100%. Its base damage has been reduced by 50%.
March 27, 2018	Reduced damage by 28% in PvP and WvW. Fixed a bug that caused this trait to attack at infinite range instead of the listed range of 900.
December 15, 2017	Fixed a bug that caused players using this trait to attack the nearest target instead of the active target.
December 12, 2017	This trait now properly displays its damage in the combat log and inflicts vulnerability in addition to its previous strike effects.
