A large Branded Crystal can be found resting atop an ogre tower. It can be reached by going through The Sunderlands, or, alternatively, by heading south from the Tomb of the Primeval Kings with a Springer.

Faint whispers, almost indistinguishable from the steady exhale of wind, urge you closer to the crystal.
