Scholar Octavian Inkblood is a charr ranger scholar with a pet drake named Amphebe. He is a member of the Durmand Priory and involved in several missions of the personal story. He can be first encountered during Forging the Pact at the dig site in the Rankor Ruins. Later he gets involved in Stealing Light, after you choose the Order of Whispers' plan to go after Zhaitan's navy in Further into Orr.
