The Pogahn Bluffs Proving Ground is an Awakened Inquest facility located in the Dabiji Hollows. There, they are experimenting on members from the local heket tribe.

One of the cells is empty and can be entered.

The name of the facility is a reference to the Guild Wars outpost Pogahn Passage.
