“This rally point has become a crucial staging ground for Pact forces who've made landfall in Orr. From here, Pact leaders will be taking our forces further south towards the heavily guarded Altar of Betrayal, home to one of Zhaitan's powerful minions.
Pact Rally Point is a hidden Pact camp used to strike the Risen found at the Cathedral of Glorious Victory.
