Ambient dialogue[edit]
- Drakologist Daisy: Have you seen them yet? The "commander"?
- Drakologist Daisy: Almost put us out of work.
- Drakologist Niko: Yes, actually, the wayfinder is just over there. So perhaps mind your tone.
- Drakologist Daisy: And you didn't inform me a moment sooner? This is going to get back to Frode...
- Drakologist Daisy: I love that the Elder Dragons are gone! Less fretting for us!
- Drakologist Niko: Believable.
- In Dagda's Quarters
- Astral Ward Apprentice: I was able to recover Waiting Sorrow's journals, but that box you asked for...
- Dagda: Oh, Idair. In the Kryptis' hands...
- In Mabon's Quarters
- Astral Ward Protector: The matrix unit can't be opened without a key, and Mabon's only note for it is the word "collective." Any ideas?
- Astral Ward Mage: No, but we need to find it. It's too dangerous, key or no key.
- In The Reliquary
- Ogre Hunter: Lady Livia. The...noises coming from the scepter's chamber are quite concerning.
- Livia: Don't listen to it too closely. That's how it gets what it wants.
- Ogre Hunter: ...Oh, okay.
- Frode: We need to send someone to Cantha to check on the situation outside of Kirin Peak; couple of casualties.
- Frode: All camps are reporting normal activity.
- Vanak Faithwalker: We're holding the line down at the Bastion of Strength. We're circulating ward in and out as we speak.
- Warden Assistant Gervaise: Are we not pushing for the other bastions yet?
- Vanak Faithwalker: Until we know what that thing in the sky is, no. The bastions nearest the top of the spire are at risk of recapture.
- Vanak Faithwalker: We need to trust that the others are doing their jobs.
- In the study room on a different level than the War Room
- Apprentice Missa: Zizel asked for another crate of vials... Dagda needs the Well of Lupicus. What else, what else...
- Possessed book: You wouldn't want to let your allies down, would you?
- Apprentice Missa: Right. I need to get you back to storage.
- Possessed book: Don't you enjoy our time together, Missa?
- Apprentice Missa: Dagda's office, then storage.
- Possessed book: I can hear your every thought and desire. My voice brings you a certain...yearning.
- Apprentice Missa: Storage, then Dagda's office.
- In the eastern Halloween room
- Astral Ward Illuminate Cincia: I'm so eager to return to the bastion. If the Kryptis so much as toched our research...
- Astral Ward Illuminate Forek: I'll send them back to Nayos without hands or feet if they do.
- Astral Ward Illuminate Forek: We were days away from tracing the spectral planes to the conception of the celestials.
- Astral Ward Illuminate Cincia: At least we ruled out seer magic. That'll save time, should we need to reset the spindle...
- On a balcony on the floor below The Wizard's Court after completing Treachery
- Isgarren: Amnytas has nearly fallen once or twice. I was[sic] little more concerned this time than the last.
- Isgarren: It may take months to mend the spire. The shadowstone needs to breathe.
- Isgarren: I do hope the citizens of Garenhoff aren't panicked in our absence. I know the tower brought them certain...comfort.
- Isgarren: I spend my days watching them. The Astral Ward. Their hope for this world is blinding but...earnest.
- Isgarren: Wayfinder, you linger but express little.
- In the Wizard's Court after completing Sovereign of Nayos
- Galrath the Undying: The humidity is making a damn mess out of these walls again. I just had them cleaned, too.
- Ramses: Interesting. I believe I may have a solution.
- Galrath the Undying: Oh yeah? I'm all ears.
- Ramses: There is a mixture we make in Nayos to keep the tanglevines from damaging surfaces. Perhaps I can acquire some for you.
- Galrath the Undying: You know, you're all right, Ramses. Have you eaten yet? I'm starving.
- Ramses: I suppose there are some Tyrian dishes I have been interested in sampling...
